Standard Creator Policy

1. Eligibility to Become a Creator
   • Any registered user may become a creator after activating an annual subscription.
   • The annual subscription costs $35 and includes:
     • 100 GB of storage space.
2. Model Management
   • Creators have full control over model visibility, downloads, earnings, and displayed content.
3. Open Community Policy
   • Users may upload images of public or archived models.
   • Creators can moderate visibility but cannot block uploads.
   • Private models are excluded from this policy.
4. Model Restrictions
   • Models with more than 10 downloads cannot be hidden unless they were sale-only or uploaded by another member.

Creator Account Ownership Transfer Policy

1. Transferring Account Ownership
   • Full rights transfer to the new owner, including all models.
2. Transfer Requirements
   • A formal request must be submitted via the designated form.
   • All transfers are subject to verification.
3. New Owner Subscription
   • The new owner must activate a $35 annual subscription.

Protection for Private Models

1. Private & Paid Models
   • Private models intended for sale are fully protected.
   • Creators may request full model deletion.
2. Deletion Policy
   • The model is removed, but the page and uploaded images remain.
3. Content Reporting
   • Policy violations may be reported with proper documentation.
