Standard Creator Policy

1. Eligibility to Become a Creator:
   • Any registered user on the site can become a creator after activating an annual subscription.
   • The required annual subscription costs $35 and includes:
     • 100 GB of storage space.
     • Up to 1 million downloads for models associated with the account.
     • Notifications when the download count approaches 100,000 downloads, with the option to purchase additional downloads at $5 per 1 million downloads.
2. Model Management:
   • Creators have full control over their models, including the ability to:
     • Specify whether the models are downloadable by everyone or only by site subscribers.
     • Manage earnings generated from their models.
     • Control what appears on the model’s page, such as images shared by users.
3. Open Community Policy:
   • The platform operates under an “open community” policy, allowing users to upload images of models, even if the models are archive or for sale, This does not apply to private models.
   • Creators can control the visibility of these user-uploaded images on the model’s page but cannot prevent users from uploading images.
   • If a creator does not want this, they are advised not to upload the model to the platform.
4. Model Restrictions:
   • Models that have been downloaded more than 10 times cannot be hidden unless:
     • The model was listed for sale only.
     • The model was uploaded by another forum member.

Creator Account Ownership Transfer Policy

1. Transferring Account Ownership:
   • When transferring a creator account, the new owner gains full rights to the account and all associated models.
   • The new owner is responsible for managing the account, including model visibility, downloads, and monetization.
2. Requirements for Transfer:
   • The current account owner must submit a formal request through the designated form (Form Link).
   • The transfer request is subject to verification to ensure its legitimacy.
3. New Owner Subscription:
   • The new owner must activate an annual subscription of $35 to gain access to the same benefits outlined above.
4. Model Management by the New Owner:
   • The new owner has full control over the models, including adherence to visibility and download policies.
5. Earnings from Models in the Image Generator:
   • Models used on the platform’s image generator generate earnings based on:
     • Private models: Usage-based revenue.
     • Open-source models: Revenue distribution based on user-set energy points.

Protection for Private Models:

1. Private and Paid Models Only:
   • The platform ensures protection for private models that are intended for sale, not for open use.
   • Creators can submit a formal request to have their models deleted, and the platform will remove the models from the system.
2. Deletion of Model Pages:
   • When a model is deleted at the creator’s request:
     • Only the model itself will be deleted.
     • The model’s page will remain active and will retain the images uploaded by the creator or other users.
3. Content Reporting Policy:
   • Creators may file a formal request to remove images or content that violates policies, provided they include valid documentation and justification.
